Head Chef (m/f/d)!

What You Bring:

• completed training as a chef
• experience in menu preparation and à la carte cooking, as well as in a similar position
• good knowledge of Austrian and international cuisine
• enjoyment of teamwork with experienced professionals and motivation to become part of a successful company
• organized, independent, and results-oriented way of working
• economically responsible approach to purchasing, confidence in cost calculations, and knowledge of hygiene standards
• enjoyment of cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients
• experience in a similar position, preferably in upscale hotel or restaurant gastronomy
• enjoyment of working with fresh products
• creativity and a good sense for food presentation
• organized, precise, and clean working style
• reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• motivation, team spirit, and passion for the profession

Your Duties:

• planning menu offers and à la carte menus
• calculating dishes according to WES guidelines set by the management
• creating recipes
• active cooking and kitchen work
• responsibility for kitchen hygiene according to HACCP standards
• allergen labeling
• handling orders in cooperation with department management
• carrying out monthly inventories
• good cooperation with department managers and other departments
• preparing duty rosters/work schedules
