Junior Inside Sales Account Manager (f/m/d)

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Wir suchen einen Junior Inside Sales Account Manager, der Teil unserer HPE-Familie in der Niederlassung Österreich über den Dächern von Wien wird. In dieser Rolle werden Sie mit unseren Produkten die Herausforderungen von morgen lösen und die IT unserer Kunden effizienter, produktiver und sicherer machen.

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium – die Fachrichtung ist zweitrangig
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb
• Interesse an IT und digitalen Lösungen
• Kommunikationsfreude und eine offene, neugierige Art
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit
• Organisationstalent mit effektivem Zeitmanagement
• Erfahrung mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Proaktive Betreuung und Entwicklung von Enterprise-Accounts gemeinsam mit dem Field Sales
• Qualifizierung von Leads und Opportunities sowie Pflege der Pipeline im CRM
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Angeboten, Präsentationen und Kundengesprächen
• Enge Abstimmung mit Produkt, Pre-Sales und Marketing zur optimalen Account-Coverage
• Eigenständige Steuerung kleinerer Deals sowie Übergabe komplexer Opportunities an den Account Manager

We are legally obliged to quote the KV minimum salary (related to KV Handel für Angestellte) for the position with a salary of € 2.879 p.m. gross (38,5 h/w).

The role is in an OTE salary scheme (60:40, all-in; ca. 60.000 EUR p.a.)
