To strengthen our Vienna team, we are looking for an engaged, reliable, and service-oriented personality as a Team Assistant (f/m/d).
In this position, you will support our team in organizational and administrative matters and ensure a professional flow in daily business.
Your activities include, in particular:
- Reception, care, and hospitality of customers
- Administrative and organizational support in the back office
- Participation in internal projects as well as preparation of reports and evaluations
- Office organization including material procurement and ordering
- Correspondence as well as travel and appointment organization
- Initial telephone information, call routing, and callback coordination
- Mail processing and preparation of documents for accounting
- Preparation of documents as well as support during meetings
- Organization of keys and documents for property inspections
- Completed commercial training (HAK/HBLA/HAS or office clerk)
- Initial professional experience is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
- Very good English skills
- High service orientation and professional appearance
- Organizational talent with a precise, structured, and independent way of working
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, and teamwork
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of varied tasks
