What will you do?

• You inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and identify any technical defects.
• You promptly handle and follow up on guest requests.
• You support the housekeeping management team in daily operations.
• You collaborate closely with the Engineering and Front Office departments.
• You ensure that guest rooms consistently meet quality standards.
• You train and onboard new team members.

What makes you stand out?

You like to keep your home fresh and spotless, demonstrating a strong sense of order and cleanliness. You are resilient and enjoy working as part of a large team, where collaboration and adaptability are key. Flexibility and a high sense of responsibility are among your defining qualities. In addition, you possess good German and English language skills and already have experience in this or a similar position.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
