As our SRP Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for delivering top-notch residential property services. You'll own the complete property cycle—from finding the perfect rental to coordinating smooth move-ins and move-outs. Think of yourself as the connector between client staff, landlords, and our FM team, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
You'll juggle planning, coordinating, and executing property works while managing all staff relocations. Working with JLL teams and subcontractors, you'll ensure every property meets high standards and all the necessary requirements. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves problem-solving, and genuinely enjoys making people's lives easier.
What You'll Do
Property & Move Management
Get properties move-in ready and meet those all-important deadlines
Master the details—leases, invoices, H&S documents, you name it
Keep finance, lease admin, and tech teams in the loop so systems stay updated and payments flow smoothly
Create thorough inventories with photos and documentation
Orchestrate seamless move-ins and move-outs with minimal stress for everyone involved
Relationships & Communication
Be the friendly face and main contact for residents in your properties
Build great relationships with landlords, agencies, and occupants
Handle day-to-day liaison and know when to escalate to your manager
Keep everyone informed, happy, and supported throughout their journey
Coordination & Quality Control
Schedule and oversee subcontractor work and internal team activities
Plan appointments that work for everyone
Monitor works to hit KPIs and SLAs consistently
Handle claims and insurance matters efficiently
Balance health and safety requirements with getting things done right
Safety & Compliance
Champion safe working practices across all activities
