We are looking for a Sales Assistant PartTime (25h per week) with a strong passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset, who will actively contribute to business growth by delivering excellence in sales and customer service.
Gross salary Range: 22K/yr-25K/yr
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience;
provide a high-level sales service focused on achieving commercial targets;
take care of the Store’s image in compliance with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
recommend and suggest products according to customers’ needs, highlighting their features and benefits;
maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge;
represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards;
support the receiving of new shipments and organize stock efficiently to optimize sales;
comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles;
strong customer and results orientation;
ability to achieve and exceed sales targets;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
positive, proactive, and professional attitude;
previous retail experience (preferably in fashion/luxury) is considered a plus;
good command of the English language
