Senior Business Analyst Customer Domain (f/m/x)

The Agile Delivery Client Coverage is developing Greenfield IT Solutions for the “Customer Onboarding / Lifecycle and Master Data Management” of RBI Group. This fully supports RBIs vision to become most recommended bank in CEE. As an agile delivery unit, we are working with state of the art technologies in the cloud. We are a cross-functional Team of both business and IT experts.

To support our Product Owner and agile feature teams, we are looking for a senior Business Analyst who can breakdown diverse complex and volatile business challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built by the team in an agile way. Join and start your journey with us!

Your responsibilities:

• API definition in the context of Customer Domain landscape
• Support Product Owner in epic and user story creation and in structuring, breaking down the backlog and decision-making.
• Requirements engineering and business analysis in adaptive/agile organization
• Define user story acceptance criteria
• Provide inputs for user experience in order to bring high value and usability products
• Ensure proper user acceptance tests and document the outcome of these tests

Your core competencies:

• Technical background with experience with Data Management, API definitions etc
• Several years of experience in Business Analysis and / or User Experience Design
• Knowledge of Customer Masterdata management processes (in a corporate environment) is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
• Very good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Fluent in English language for business purposes, German as a plus
• Multi-cultural sensibility

• Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3725,93 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement.
