We would like you to have relevant expertise in transmitter and receiver concepts, architectures, and procedures for cellular systems like power/gain control, linearity, RF impairment corrections (e.g., IQ imbalance), digital predistortion, Crest-factor reduction.

Proficient in analyzing transmit/receive chains from antenna to RF-baseband interface including the frequency synthesizer and in translating top level requirements into specification items for transceiver building blocks and RF components (e.g., PA, LNA, filter, switches).

Knowledge of Cellular Radio/3GPP Standards (LTE, LTE-A, 5G NR) which includes RF aspects as well as system use cases and TX/RX waveforms.

Good knowledge of RX performance metrics like ACLR, BER, EVM and spectrum masks

Strong experienced in RF driver and FW implementation with strong proficiency in C, C++ and Phyton

Experience in L1 control design and implementation

Hands-on experience in HW board bring-ups, FPGA programming, RF test equipment and verification frameworks

This role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate and communicate in multi-cultural global teams.

MS in Communications Engineering or similar
