Key responsibilities (text) - en_UK / en_INTERNATIONAL • You succeed in perfectly showcasing the IKEA product range. You design inspiring and coordinated solutions for different target groups and in various styles – thereby delighting our customers and exceeding their expectations.
- You present the IKEA brand uniquely and contemporaneously throughout the entire store. Your sample solutions reveal the many advantages and uses of IKEA products and facilitate the purchasing process for our customers.
- According to the specifications of the IKEA concepts, you plan and implement shops and layouts for individual departments and product areas. In doing so, you use appropriate presentation techniques and ensure inspiring assortment coordination. Craftsmanship and correct lighting are part of your daily work.
- To always stay up-to-date, you constantly deepen your knowledge of furnishing and trends, as well as how people live in your local market and what needs, wishes, and dreams they have regarding life at home.
- Through constantly new assortment presentations and seasonal adjustments, you always create new, surprising experiences for our customers in the store that stimulate purchases and make them eager for their next visit.
- You work closely with your team colleagues as well as with colleagues from other departments in the store and, in coordination with your manager, also coordinate the work of external companies.

- You work in a diverse team and can communicate very well in English.
- You have a qualification as a visual marketing designer and/or experience in exhibition construction or shop design. You are creative and practical.
- You are as familiar with using sketching pens, mood boards, cordless drills, and paint rollers as you are with applying REVIT.
- You have broad expertise in different materials, tools, and their application, and you love physical work directly on the sales floor.
- You see business trips to support new constructions and renovations in other stores as an enrichment.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced retail company, are flexible, and have a hands-on mentality to implement commercial solutions together with the team.
