Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee digital marketing projects, and ensure successful campaign execution across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into digital strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Paid Media, Content, and Design.
• Monitor campaign performance and share regular reports and insights with clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and marketing activities.
• Conduct regular review meetings and strategy discussions with clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
