Order Management & Fulfilment Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Grödig (Salzburg area)
Help build the next generation of order management.
At SKIDATA, we're transforming our Order Management function into a smarter, more connected and increasingly automated way of working. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, collaborating across teams and continuously looking for better ways of working, you'll play a key role in shaping how customer orders are managed in the future.
Why this role matters
Order management sits at the heart of our customer experience, connecting sales, production, logistics and finance. You'll ensure customer orders move seamlessly from order entry through to invoicing while helping us build a more scalable, data-driven way of working.
As part of our international Supply Chain Management team, you'll also contribute to ERP improvements and explore new automation and AI-assisted solutions, directly supporting both customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
The role
You'll own the complete customer order lifecycle—from order entry through to invoicing—working closely with colleagues across logistics, production, finance, subsidiaries and distribution partners to keep operations running smoothly. Alongside your operational responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to influence how our processes evolve by supporting ERP improvements, standardisation and automation initiatives.
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset—someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and is always looking for smarter ways of working.
