What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle phone and written customer inquiries and ensure reliable technical support
• Support customers by independently developing customer‑specific technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams on the design, configuration, and commissioning support of our frequency converters—including documentation
• Use your technical skills to execute laboratory tests that enable customer‑specific solution implementation
• Continuously learn and share knowledge by preparing, organizing, and delivering customer trainings and supporting our sales team with technical expertise

What You'll Get from Us

We offer an attractive salary package for this role, featuring a minimum annual gross salary of 41,000.00 Euro. Final compensation will be based on your qualifications and experience, including an additional annual performance bonus.
