For our Food & Beverage department, we are looking for a committed individual who inspires confidence with their passion and smile.

What you can expect
Responsibility for quality standards, service procedures, cost control and the operational management of our 100-seat Kaiserhof restaurant.
You will be responsible for the entire service area and will ensure that our guests enjoy unforgettable culinary highlights.
You will lead, motivate and train your team, including in wine sales and upselling, and be responsible for efficient shift and holiday planning.
You will have a firm grasp of costs and the budget, carry out inventories and calculate sales items in the Orgasoft merchandise management system.
You will ensure smooth processes, from daily mise en place and reservation management to correct cash register closing.
You will actively exemplify Hapimag standards and be responsible for strict compliance with and documentation of all HACCP requirements and cleaning plans.
You will work closely with the head chef and the resort manager and proactively support the recruitment of new team members.
What you bring along
You have a solid background in gastronomy and gained already management experience in a similar role.
You love direct contact with guests and have a flair for creating a good atmosphere.
You keep track of things even during peak times and work in a structured manner and with a smile.
Very good German language skills are essential, additional language skills in English are an advantage.
You are a team player who communicates clearly and friendly.
