We are seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on technical Team Lead to drive the software development of our next-generation, mission-critical communications platform. In this role, you will lead an agile team building horizontally scalable, low-latency, and fault-tolerant services. We are looking for a leader who is not only a master of distributed systems but also fluent in modern engineering workflows, integrating AI-assisted and agentic development to boost team velocity safely. If you thrive on solving complex engineering problems where downtime is not an option, this is the place for you.

Your annual salary will be around €90,000 gross per year. Your actual annual target salary will be determined in line with market rates, based on your qualifications and experience.
