We are looking for receptionists (m/f/d) for our clients - hotels and restaurants in Austria - for the summer season or permanent positions.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and check-in of arriving guests
• Organizing a smooth stay for guests
• Guest assistance and information point for all guest inquiries
• Check-out and farewell of departing guests
• Invoicing and cash handling
• Performing administrative reception tasks and maintaining master data
• Creating offers and reservation confirmations
• Various control tasks, including direct room sales
• Waiter and credit card settlement

Requirements:

• Experience at the reception, completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) is advantageous, but we are also open to new career changers
• Fluent German language skills both written and spoken, as well as English language skills
• Good interpersonal skills and verbal expression
• Team player, sociable, flexible, resilient, good communication skills, conflict management skills, and enthusiasm for the profession
• Customer-oriented and independent work style, experience with the hotel software ELITE is advantageous
• Good computer and IT skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Discretion and trustworthiness

Company information according to the Equal Treatment Act: The minimum salary for the position of receptionist is €2,300.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to offer higher compensation.
