Your role
You support international customers and assist them with using our products as well as with technical questions and issues – by phone, email, and on-site.
You conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues and represent OMICRON together with our sales team at product presentations, trade fairs, and events.
You act as the voice of our customers, understand their needs, and actively advocate for their concerns.
You document customer interactions, maintain our knowledge database, and monitor market requirements to drive the further development of our products.
You network with our international colleagues, exchange experiences, and actively contribute your product and application expertise to our innovation process.
What makes you a great fit
You have completed technical training (HTL diploma or university degree) in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
Excellent communication in German and English is no problem for you.
You are reliable, committed, eager to learn, and want to develop further.
You value customer contact and are interested in energy systems.
You are willing to travel internationally for about 10% of your working time.
