• Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical activities.
• Maintain employee, vendor, and office records systematically.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry inventory.
• Assist in vendor coordination, invoice collection, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain attendance, visitor records, and meeting room schedules.
• Support onboarding activities and document collection for new employees.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other office documents as required.
• Handle telephone calls and direct inquiries to the concerned departments.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of office records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
