As part of our team you will...
join in planning and structuring our projects and support the project management team in their day-to-day operations.
assist with requests for proposals and procurement processes, from preparing documentation to evaluating bids.
coordinate budgets and costs with the relevant teams and help compare and prepare supplier bids.
oversee the technical planning, bidding, and documentation of purchased parts, and assist in reviewing shop drawings and issuing approvals.
coordinate the sample and approval process for finishes and custom solutions, collaborating with clients, architects, and partners.
keep track of project deadlines and workflows, provide updates, and ensure that all parties involved are well-coordinated.
assist with factory acceptance inspections, support projects on-site, coordinate files and drawing versions, and contribute to project documentation and the preparation of handover documents.

have completed technical training (e.g., HTL, FH, or a college degree) in interior design, wood technology, furniture making, architecture, construction engineering, or a comparable field.
have already gained some professional experience in project work, engineering, or in the fields of interior design, furniture making, or construction projects.
are interested in how projects are planned, implemented, and technically managed, and you enjoy learning new things.
can read and understand technical drawings and are proficient in using CAD software.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 40.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
