Cons

There is clear favoritism towards certain employees who do minimal work, while those who put in effort and dedication are overlooked. If management doesn't like someone, they actively exclude that person from discussions and decision-making processes. This kind of toxic environment is demoralizing and unfair to hardworking employees. I hope the company addresses these issues, but until then, I cannot recommend working here.

Cons

Working in the company is like working 24/7. Management will connect anytime unofficially to force you work without respecting your personal time. You will be questioned if you take leave and fake urgency wil be credited to cancel your leave.

Poor U.S. management, even after the old guy was forced into retirement and his buddy was pushed out of the company, GI sales manager is clueless. Automotive manager is someone nobody wants to work for. They don't respect employees.
