Pros

Great pay for the job

Cons

No air conditioning or heating. Very poorly managed. Was told to make sure there was weekend work for anyone looking for money even when it negatively impacted productivity.

Pros

Salaries are commensurate with job responsibilities and there is room to move within the company. Coworkers make the job. There are some great people there.

Cons

Senior leadership is terrible. This site aligns up through Europe and I have never seen such terrible treatment of employees, outright abuse of American leaders by their European big bosses, and blatant discrimination. Other areas of ABB are better, but the Richmond plant is not a place to sign up for unless you can put up with mistreatment and watch others get abused.
