Cons
The current pay rate does not feel aligned with the level of responsibility, complexity, and potential hazards involved in the work. While some tasks are straightforward and easy, others require significantly more skill, attention, and exposure to hazardous materials, which creates an imbalance between expectations and compensation. Inconsistent Training: Training quality varies greatly depending on who is assigned to provide it. Some team members are supportive and willing to help, while others are unavailable or disengaged, leaving gaps in guidance during critical tasks. This inconsistency makes it difficult to learn the role effectively and efficiently. Lack of Feedback and Communication: There is very little constructive feedback regarding performance or areas for improvement. Communication overall is limited, and important information—such as upcoming meetings—is often learned from coworkers rather than directly from management. This creates confusion and reduces confidence in expectations.
