      Great money if you can handle working under pressure

      Very good money, flexibility, holiday, sick and maternity pay, free courses (travel and time paid), lots of room for promotion (possible to go from a cashier to store manager)

      Cons

      Pressure, more on your shoulders than higher up managers, level of training is store dependent so some stores have it a lot worse than others

      Horrible work life balance, expect you to stay back and come in early extremely often, expect you to put your heart and soul into the job Extremely physical and labour intensive.
