Pros
Benefits (Cigna, company paid life insurance, 401k, pregnancy support, non-smoking support, etc.) for full time were nice with lots of time allotted for vacation, sick, and personal. They really put you to work so you lose weight and learn how to be very quick and efficient throughout your tenure. You get to meet awesome people whether it be co-workers or eventual regular customers. The pay was more than most other places would offer.
Cons
Never having more than 3 people at a time scheduled, night or day. They'll promise midshifts to have that extra coverage but rarely ever followed through, which makes for a constant sense of urgency. DMs don't care what you've done or how much you've done, they always want more and never seem to be satisfied. They also want you to have 100% open availability as well even if you're part time so no set schedules whatsoever. Sometimes customers are very rude and will get mad even after explaining how the store works to them. No opportunity to grow because no one takes the time to teach you anything. You also are almost always covered in bruises and cuts because of how physical it can be.
