Pros

Pay and Benefits Paid Holidays Vacation Time

Cons

No opportunities for advancement, regardless of how well your store is run or how outstanding your numbers. After reading many of these reviews, it is obvious that there is a huge gap between store level and upper management. I, too, can vouch for that. In the constant battle of micromanaging, and sometimes clueless DMs, valuable time is taken from the store for daily operational issues. The work also becomes monotonous as the only challenges are trying not to drop dead from exhaustion. Even though the time off is acceptable, you are too exhausted to enjoy it.

Pros

Pay is wondeful, good beneifits, got along with most employees. Manager was cool

Cons

Long hours, no praise, half hour break that is always interupted. Five people isnt enough to run a grocery store happily. Cashiers are over worked and never thanked. Wish it was more team oriented. Everyone looks out for themselves and I did to. Its stressful. I hated working there. I cried sometimes. So glad im done
