Pros

Discount card for shopping and that's about it.

Cons

Dreadful management. Faulty equipment or lack of it. Hygiene in vans is embarrassing. Poor pay. Extra deliveries all the time meaning you are late and incurring the wrath of customers even when it's not your fault. You are literally just a number and they do not care for your wellbeing at all.

Customers allowed to be abusive and treat you like a slave. Very little support from management. Antiquated equipment broken and not replaced Lack of equipment and training to do the job.
