Very badly managed department. Most of the time you don't even get time to have a lunch break.

Lack of colleagues on departments mean the task is impossible unless you kill yourself to do it. Usually received around 20 pallets of stock a day and only had the hours for me and another colleague to work through this on a daily basis. No recognition of hard work as all the recognition goes to managers that talk the talk and sit in the office with the GSM all day. Regional managers haven't got a clue when they come and visit as they are so far out of touch with how to run a store. Ecommerce has become the focal point of asda but no investment into this therefore means they take the only colleagues you have and send them onto there to pick all day no questions asked without been able to transfer wages so therefore cannot get another colleague in. Every manager that I know that currently works there wants to leave and that says it all! Don't work here. I got another job in retail and they don't treat you like a number which they do here.
