Pros

Good colleagues. Decent wage if you can put up with begging for overtime whilst being talked to like dirt.

Cons

- Managers who ignore colleague concerns and complaints, care more about saving money on wages than the welfare of colleagues. - Section leaders talk to colleagues like dirt. - No concerns are acted upon and colleagues will not ring ethics for fear of repercussions. - new contract would be good but section leaders and managers warp the terms and conditions to suit their own needs - Staff often abused/attacked by customers with barely any repercussions and the perpetrators are often let back in the store.

Pros

Opportunities to change and train in different departments.

Cons

Poor management. Overworked staff. Keep changing manned checkouts for self scan checkouts and not giving proper training!
