Pros

There are none anymore. This company has really gone downhill in recent years.

Cons

Loyal hard working colleagues are not appreciated by management. There is too much favouritism towards the wrong people.

Don't work for them

Pros

At a push, the discount cards. Pay is okay compared to some other supermarkets but not enough to be worth your time. Some opportunities to move into different departments or up in the ladder but only if your liked, not necessarily good at the job.

Cons

Management don't have a clue what they're doing, sometimes shifts within your department are led by people who are not members of management. It's happened to me and i've only worked there for several months. They place no value on their staff whatsoever and treat you terribly when you have one sick day once in a blue moon. Absolutely horrendous place to work and they expect some shifts to start at 3/4am. Cannot wait to leave.
