Pros

10% discount. Pays more than minimum wage. Opportunity to enter 'Asda Football League.' Was able to work within various departments.

Cons

Felt like wasn't offered promotion options or met my full potential within the company. Was put on 'bought in bread and cakes' without sufficient training or time allowance considering my small build and size.
