Pros

AT&T offers a program for recently graduated college students that allows them to participate in rotational projects. The company offers various training courses. The work environment is flexible. Working from home is an option, and work hours can vary.

Cons

Job responsibilities increase significantly but salaries hardly change. Progressions and promotions are limited. The company is very top heavy and there is little upwards feedback. Employee appreciation is hardly recognized. The company is extremely frugal. Office supplies are limited. You bring your own supplies such as notepads, pens, water, cups, utensils, etc.

Pros

Lot's of avenues to pursue jobs in retail, business, marketing, technicians, management and systems analysts. Leadership is very active in making things happen.

Cons

Corporate politics just like any other Fortune 10 company. Moves are slow and steady. The company is not aggressive in pursuing sale revenue. Very passive and methodical which is not a bad thing
