Pros

Pay is competitive - pension is a plus - depending on which group there could be a lot of autonomy

Cons

cyclical layoffs, no downward employee communication, no managment strategy based in reality - attrition based career progression policies are laughable

Pros

the free cell service IS AWESOME.

Cons

no room to be promoted bc the Assistant Manager(ASM) position is locked down by people who don't want to move upward. This position is the gateway position within the company and no new people can experience it.

Pros

AT&T has great benefits, base salary and most managers of the CAE position allow you plenty of autonomy

Cons

The CAE position is becoming increasingly complicated by new order entry and sales/prospecting software. The VDNA and IP Flex products are still not reliable. The quotas have increased to the point where no one is making much commission
