Pros

Flexible working location, although the expectation is to work long hours. Some very intelligent people to learn from; unfortunately unless they are within the favoritism circle they are overlooked for promotion.

Cons

They preach culture, but this really falls flat. Long hours and a strong nepotistic culture - unless you are favorited by management, then there is zero room for career development. They say they champion diversity, but it is not enacted upon - as demonstrated by the people working there. Definitely not a great place to work.

Cons

Reduced work-life balance, it’s as if they don’t support working parents/ moms Mandatory 3 days in per week, with badge swipes being tracked, reminds me of elementary school Layoffs happen too often, even after having a “record breaking year”
