Good money, but not a good place to grow.
Pros
The salary is great for fresh grads, and the benefits are top notch. Compared to their competitors, Accenture's salary is a bit lower but they have bonus points on benefits. Fortunately, my first project i got a very good upper management compared to my second project. All of the offices in Malaysia are accessible by public transport. Great working environment.
Cons
If you are working in Trust and safety role: and you are FTE, dont ever hope that you will get permanent, especially when your Manager is not particularly care about their agents' welfare. Just remember that this role is easily replaceable. They can find some random people who meets the basic requirement and train them to replace you. This concern is very important. Imagine when you has stayed for 3 to 4 years, meaning that you will have multiple increments, so they will have to pay you a lot. Its more cost-efficient to them to just fire you and hire someone new with relatively the same skills but cost less. For context: I was considerably one of the top agents as viewed by the Team Leaders, but the manager did not convert my FTE contract to permanent since they hire new people. He did not provide me with good justifications at all for discontinuing my contract. He only said that "The decisions have been made by the upper management" Well, he is the upper management lol. He just think about money. Even the Team Leaders and trainers who knew me was totally dumbfounded when I was one of the agents who did not get the perm. So yeah, it is what it is. So just remember that you are replaceable.
