Pros

Easy and unchallenging work in a physically comfortable environment. "Wellness" hours given but this being a "pro" is up for debate.

Cons

Gradually worsened conditions over time Abysmal location with a total of 3 hours commute despite living in Dublin near public transport. 9 Hour shifts with "wellness" being worthless given its remote location. Wellness created more pressure to socialise with colleagues than many might be comfortable with, often found myself preferring to work rather than take wellness to avoid small-talk. Unpredictable schedules that could be either 8am-5pm, 3pm-12am or 11pm-8am. Changed on a weekly basis making sleep schedules impossible to maintain. No realistic opportunities for career growth outside of minor promotions. These conditions clearly were the result of overhiring and unwillingness to offer redundancy packages.

Pros

No Pros I have been introduced so far.

Cons

1) When I joined Accenture in 2021, no HR was assigned to me to discuss my queries and concerns. I had no guidance to start with this organization. 2) Finally I have got some good project but I have got hard locked by Deutsche Bank project forcefully, without my concern. 3) The managers name Ameya Shah and Jaishree Mazumdar called me travel Pune since the project was based out in Pune and my base location was Bangalore. They said company will bear the cost of my travel. 3) I went to Pune twice as per the ask. However, they denied my reimbursing my travel money. Since it was a verbal communication and I trusted them, they completely denied the conversation. 4) Sunil Rajput the MD, Ameya Shah Senior Manager and Jaishree Mazumdar the manager are highly unprofessional, they unite against you being always on call with each other and plan to destroy your career. 5) Other than this project, there might be good projects but my experience with them was very disappointing. 6) To switch to another project or projects with onsite opportunities is difficult to approach, the project HR will brain wash you to make you stay in the same project. 7) Manager was rude and used to abuse and traumatize people, some serious actions need to be taken against her.

Pros

If you want to work with average people and get low pay it’s a great place to slack. Minimum hours if you want.

Cons

- Work is not valued, being friends with md is more important. Only bum kissing will get you far, good people either left or looking to leave - the system encourages mediocre people staying so no inspiring/intelligent colleagues in most part of the business - people either just clock in and out; or are burnt out from bum kissing. No one likes/cares about what they do - people in strategy looks down on everyone; digital looks down on MC, MC looks down on TC, TC looks down on operation etc etc - very toxic environment - promises for promotion/career progression but will not happen and you wouldn’t know why despite being told you’re a “top performer” and “keep doing what you are doing”. They will say there was no budget, then few months later acquired 500 people from other small competitors in smaller markets (sad) to be your boss. They don’t want to grow from within - it’s a lie - Very low pay, 40-60% lower than industry. If you ask them they will ask you to just walk especially if you need visa sponsorship - Loads training available but if you take them it will impact your chargeability and hence your performance. Its a joke. - no knowledge/support function compared to MBB. Every project feels like it’s the first time ACN doing it you have to start from scratch. You will be left in the wild Wild West with no support
