Pros
I've been with them for over 10 years now, since a couple of hundred employees to now well over 1000. It's a great work place to be in. - it is fully equipped for an office with a top american company - office presence is flexible but full remote isn't possible and you are required to be in office
Cons
- with constant growth, you see new faces all the time and the rapid growth can sometimes make the wrong hiring decisions - office politics exist like in all other companies - cross team collaboration is sometimes entangled in politics but again, at this size, this is normal
