Insanely amazing engineers that create fantastic products consistently

Cons

engineering is amazing, but understanding how to position and sell the products in the markeplace is lacking; Connect should be beating WebEx for example, other products get buried.

Adobe is a great company to work for. The compensation package is excellent! Everyone is made to feel as an important asset of the company.

Cons

There is a heavy workload but that is the case with any busy company. Certain management is too harsh and could use some improved people skills. Of course this is not saying that all management is the same.
