Pros

Competent ppl, good organizational systems and lots of perks! It's definitely a great place to work and most ppl seem pretty happy.

Cons

Few downsides, vacation policy is tough and doesn't give you as much flexibility but otherwise few downsides to working here.

Pros

Adobe has truly great products that many existing customer do not fully exploit. As a result, getting them excited about propositions is easy. Adobe has a pretty good employee care attitude (thanks California) and has always treated its staff fairly.

Cons

At the moment, the UK sales office has been turned into "just another sales office", the spirit of individual creativity has been dumped in order to get every available body in a customer facing direct sales role. The LiveCycle Enterprise Suite of products is the lowest earner, but strangely the highest priority, all other products are left to wither on the vine.
