The company has become extremely conservative with the economic downturn which means, less interesting projects, less follow through on existing projects, pull back in investments in multiple key areas.

5 weeks of vacation is by far the best benefit of working at Adobe. Other benefits and compensation are also very good. The people and company culture are also great.

Cons

As Adobe has grown and become more business-unit focused, it has become more bureaucratic and more difficult for new ideas to see the light of day.
