The politics and culture in this company were horrible. I have worked with many senior level workers and I could count on one hand the number of good workers that were a pleasure to work with. The rest of the senior workers were only looking out for themselves. They micromanaged and made you work long hours. Employees in this companies love meetings, but they could not effectively run meetings. Most of the meetings I've attended were a waste of time. The other meetings were considered effective because the attendees were not responsive to instant messaging or emails.

Zero transparency. Web of lies. The writing was on the wall for a while on the retail side but employees were given false hope and promises. This impacts the entire organization. Stock is down, reputation blemished and competition s fierce.
