Many of the aforementioned Territory Managers are locked and loaded on becoming managers and will stop at nothing to achieve that goal. Back stabbing other TM's and grandstanding is commonplace. Management hasn't exactly been known for their high moral fiber either. Overall it's a corporate culture that has deteriorated badly on many levels over the years and leaves you wondering where compassion and decency has gone in the workplace.

Annually the customers report a horrid experience with the product- mainly because of unfriendly policies and Align's arrogant approach to customer service. When competition arrives Align will fall very hard. New management has just been placed in key areas, however, the common feeling among employees is that the right people were not put into place because of an out of touch CEO doesn't know the business any longer. Lots of new spending on new Sr. Director and VP positions on people without any experience at this level, and weren't even successful from the positions they were coming from. Many departments have a revolving door in the HR department. Way too much turnover because employees don't trust the people in upper management, and don't see a future at this company.
