      Pros

      Good commission structure, uncapped bonus in the past with recent change to capped bonus. Home-based, everything you require for home-based office is provided.

      Cons

      Poor benefits (pension), no maternity pay and very little scope for promotion. Excessive pressure on sales managers, with potential for dismissal. Poor HR support which needs to be improved.

      You get to work across more teams in a mid-size company. Folks are generally helpful. Atmosphere is generally collaborative.

      Cons

      Despite being very profitable, environment is still very resource constrainted, which results in a lot of stress on the folks there. Roles are not always properly defined. Usual corporate politics.
