      Pros

      Friendly attitude. Colleagues that share my interests and my way of life, being also highest-rank pros. Nice office (at least, in Moscow). Very competitive compensation.

      Cons

      Working in an international company often means day-long delays in answering everyday e-mails due to time gap between different locations.

      It's a global company with global opportunities for growth. There's a lot of diversity in the types of tasks one can undertake, so things don't get monotonous.

      Cons

      Career paths are not that well defined across the company, and as a result, career progression seem random across the company.
