      Pros

      Multiculture company, a nice place to work, the salary is not the minimum, possibility to do different things than job description.

      Cons

      Hard to grow up, a lot of redundant tasks which stops to do what you know the best, limited access to trainings. Still using the old technology, poor documentation, no architecture position.

      Pros

      Travel business is moving at a fast pace and expanding in many directions: hotel, airport IT, search .. Amadeus is growing in the US and opportunities are created.

      Cons

      Many of the important decisions are still taken in Nice and Madrid, there is less autonomy for the US centers
