Pros

Great environment and no politics absolutely satisfied with the company comparing with my previous experience

Cons

I do not see much of cons in the company except that sometimes the performance process is too complicated for the employees when compared with other companies

Pros

The money (can't think of anything else, but need 20 word min to post this... words words words words words words )

Cons

Culture, management, processes, review model (yes, they still stack rank in the 2016 OLR), lack of leadership, lack of cooperation between teams.

Pros

Growing business, interesting problems to solve

Cons

Work/Life balance is terrible. Emails from Senior management at 1AM and on the weekend. They think they own you. Restrictive rules that basically rule out working on open source projects.
