Pros

Work hard. Learn a lot. Get better and then raise the bar again to work harder. It's a place that will push you to grow and provide feedback on your journey.

Cons

It's a place where smart people go to feel bad about themselves. You are in a pool of amazing folk. Everyone around you is exceptional in some way.

Pros

Pushing the limit on building highly scalable, bleeding edge services. Employees are focused on the right thing for users and there is a high degree of ownership.

Cons

Work life balance is more difficult to maintain unless you are willing to sacrifice upward trajectory. Questionable value placed on engineers and providing them with the best tools to do their job.
