Pros

Ownership and scope of problems you solve is very high. There is a lot of room to learn and solve challenging problems.

Cons

Opportunity to grow to leadership positions is varied based on teams. The bar is in-consistent and your manager needs to set you up for success.

Pros

The company will give you opportunities to do meaningful things every day. It's run like 1000s of little startup companies, with each two-pizza team owning a significant chunk of work. Decision making is pushed down to the lowest levels, and teams have a lot of autonomy to decide on what tools and technologies to use to get the job done.

Cons

Staff turnover and rotation seems to be a constant, but I think that's pretty norm for our industry.
