Pros

There is a well developed system providing clear guidance on how to do your job in the best way possible which provides benefit both to you and the company by eliminating vagueness

Cons

You need to learn the peculiar Amazon way, this learning requires time in addition to the actual work time .

Pros

Been on the job for a few months now and have been learning so much. Lots of resources, materials, documentation, and content for new hires to consume and digest and to help you be successful here.

Cons

On the flip side, there is SOOO much to learn and digest that it is like drinking water from a fire house!
