      Pros

      Hiring loop was crisp, fast and enjoyable. Kudos to my recruiter. Joined about a month ago. Everyone is extremely kind and highly qualified. The team is working towards a larger vision and there is a healthy debate on how to get there. My manager is extremely clear about my personal and professional growth. Pay is great, flexible hybrid arrangement Opportunity for travel.

      Cons

      Benefits are alright. Not much discounts, or perks. Technical onboarding was a little messy. Huge company with other teams working on similar things, making it weird to delineate responsibility.

      Pros

      As a TAM your workload is dependent on the customers you work with. You have a lot of opportunities to learn things outside of your immediate customer needs which are of interest to you.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get frustrating with lack of clarity and transparency on where the ES org is heading towards. A lot of back and forth with arbitrary goals that changes every year to find value for upper management.
