Pros

It is nice working from home, they are liberal with vacation time, 4 weeks to start and you can buy more.

Cons

Carrot & stick mentality, they promise you the world, and then keep it at arms distance so you will never reach it. Everything is based on productivity, the more you make the better your shift, your vacation, your working hours. You can be there 20 years and if the new person makes 2 more bookings than you, they will bounce you to working nights, forget about incentives, they find excuses not to pay you your incentive.

Pros

Definitely provides higher competitive pay compared to other companies, but if you realize how much toll this job and company has on your mental health, it might be not worth it.

Cons

- Micromanages everyone to the core, this includes even your loo breaks - You may have to beg to get your ALs approved - Workforce management is the worst, they make it look like they are doing a favor on you, when it is their job - Metrics change every 3 months - System issues all the time - Warning letters are given around like passing out candy - No exposure for growth, they want you to be a furniture in the company, just answer calls, get paid and go home. - Nothing about this company is systematic, its like you’re working in the mid 2000s - Too many team outings which you have to pay for from your own pocket and use your ALs to attend. - They treat the workers like machines - Promote mental health but they are also the ones ruining it.

Pros

Benefits are the only pro

Cons

The environment has changed. It’s really sad and so many employees are in fear of their job. It seems like management is trying to find things that are wrong rather than focusing on what is right. It’s now all about numbers instead of recognizing the positive. There is no more focus on what the employees need and no one wants to say anything because everyone is already under so much pressure. Upper management doesn’t take feedback seriously at all, no matter what the survey says for best place to work for.. it isn’t true, they have made it so employees don’t feel safe to provide honest feedback anymore. In addition, white people are now a minority. The focus management is putting into developing team members is no longer because of skill- they have been told to focus on the development of people who are not white.
