Pros

Good marketing expereince, job rotation is encouraged. People are generally smart, most are MBAs. Senior leadership is stable. Work life balance is excellent.

Cons

Not a true meritocracy, clique-ish. Not a lot of innovation. Senior management ove communicates, but is slow to act. Middle management (Dir and VPs) take advantage of work-life balance arrangements and are not too productive. This affects strategy development and focus on results. Not a results-driven culture.
